Job description
Role: Sales Manager –For Exteriosys India , Bhopal.
Segment: Products & Solutions for Entrance, Pedestrian Secured Entrance, HMPS Doors, Fire Doors And Other Access Control applications; Catering to various Industrial, Commercial, Public and Residential Sector.
Products: Automatic Stainless-steel Gates & Doors, Automatic Aluminium Gates, M.S gates, Fire Doors and Automatic Rolling shutters. Bio-Metric Systems, Boom
barriers, Dock levellers, Access control systems, Automatic Sliding Doors, Automatic Curtain opener, Bollards, RFID scanners, Parking Management systems , Automatic Residential Grills and Shutters and other products .
ROLES-
Data Sourcing & Management –
1. Sourcing Accurate Contact Details from the Online Sources Like LinkedIn, Google Search, Just dial and from Offline Sources Like from the company data Base, site visits, exhibitions of the Upcoming Residential, Commercial and Industrial Projects.
2. Have to Meet Architects, Interior Designer's, Purchase Manager's and other decision makers for the product sales.
3. Sales and promotion of the company and products allotted to him.
4. Spot new sites and prospects for business.
5. Handle Walking customers at the showroom.
6. Generate Secondary Sales.
Requirement's -
1. The Person Should have Good communication Skills, also good Command over English and Hindi.
2. Should have good Negotiation Skills.
3. Should have Experience in Working with Architects and Interior Designer's of Bhopal and Surrounding areas.
4. Should Have Knowledge about peak construction areas , whether its Residential , Industrial or Commercial of Bhopal and nearby towns.
5. Should have Prior Experience of sales of above products or should have technical knowledge about the Products.
6. The Person should have His own vehicle.
Salary : Approx Rs 25000-40000 per month plus incentives, depending upon experience.
