Sales Executive - Home Loans

Experience: 1-2 years (Freshers also eligible)

Location: Madurai, Dindigul, Virudhunagar, Tirunelveli,

Karaikudi

Qualification: 12th or Graduation

Salary: 16,000 INR CTC + High Incentives

Age: 19-23 years (Exact)

Type: Full-time

We are looking for a sales executive to join our team and help us grow our home loan business. You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales officers who sell home loan products to customers. You will also be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals.

To Be Successful In This Role, You Should Have

• A bachelors degree in finance, marketing, or a related field
• At least three years of experience in sales, preferably in the home loan industry
• Knowledge of home loan products, policies, and procedures
• Experience with CRM software and tools
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Your Main Duties Will Include

• Setting sales targets and objectives for the sales team
• Developing and implementing sales strategies and plans
• Monitoring and evaluating the sales performance and activities of the sales team
• Providing training, coaching, and feedback to the sales team
• Generating leads and prospects for home loan products
• Building and maintaining relationships with customers, agents, and developers
• Negotiating and closing home loan deals with customers
• Ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards and policies
• Preparing and presenting sales reports and forecasts.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills in both English and Tamil.

Must have a two-wheeler with a valid license.

Good understanding of financial products, especially home loans.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Presentable appearance and professional demeanor.

Must possess a good credit score.

Willingness to engage in fieldwork as required.
