Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Power BI Developer to join our dynamic team as we transition from Microstrategy to Power BI. In this role, you will play a crucial part in migrating hundreds of Microstrategy reports to Power BI, ensuring a seamless transition and enhancing the overall data visualization capabilities of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Micro-strategy to Power BI Migration:
- Lead the migration process of existing Micro-strategy reports to Power BI.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand report requirements and replicate them in Power BI.
- Data Modelling and Visualisation:
- Design and develop Power BI data models for optimal performance and efficiency.
- Create visually appealing and insightful dashboards and reports to meet business needs.
Data Integration:
- Integrate data from various sources into Power BI for comprehensive and accurate reporting.
Collaboration with Business Users:
- Work closely with business analysts and end-users to gather requirements and feedback.
- Provide training and support to users for Power BI adoption and usage.
- Performance Optimisation:
- Identify and implement performance optimisation techniques for Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Monitor and analyze Power BI usage to enhance overall system performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Power BI, DAX, and M query languages.
- Experience in migrating reports from Micro-strategy to Power BI is highly desirable.
Skills and Abilities:

- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
Additional Requirements:
