Job description
Roles and responsibilities:
· IT Administration and first-level support.
· Monitor infrastructure and backup alerts and escalate to the concerned teams.
· Attending service requests from end users and coordinate escalations when required.
· IT technical documentation and basic reporting.
· IT asset management coordinating vendor, couriers, and end users.
· Complete the on-boarding and off-boarding process.
· Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve system issues.
· Basic cloud administration and migrations.
· Excellent Knowledge on MS-word, MS-Excel, and knowledge on Visio will be an added advantage.
· Experience working with a foreign client would be a plus point.
· Respond and diagnose problems though discussions with users including problem recognition, logs, research, resolution, and follow-up steps.
Requirements:
· 02-03 Years of experience in a similar role.
· Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or Networking.
· Microsoft or other vendor certifications.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and documentation skills.
· Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and documentation skills.
· Ability to work under pressure and work with minimum supervision.
· Proven customer service skills with a positive mindset.
· Emotional intelligence and be self-motivated to meet delivery deadlines.
· Willingness to follow company policies and procedures maintaining highest ethical standards.
· Ability to think critically and creatively to solve technical problems.
· Comfortable with working in a hybrid environment, in a 24x7 rotational shift with weekend availability.
· Experience in cloud administrator role and relevant industry certifications, such as Microsoft Azure, AWS or GCP.
· Creative thinking for documentation, KB article writing and other content creation (added advantage).
· Knowledge in DevOps, containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Kubernetes) (added advantage).
