Job Description
The HR Coordinator is responsible for facilitating daily HR functions and performing tasks to ensure the
end-to-end running of HR projects and operations. In close collaboration with the Head of HR, the
coordinator will support the different functions of the human resources department including recruitment
and staffing, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee
development, and training, and employee services.
Education + Experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to quickly resolve people s
problems and properly handle complaints and grievance procedures

An associate degree in HR or a related field (bachelor s degree preferred)

Candidate must have a minimum of 2-3 years experience in an relevant role

Candidate must exposure to payroll practices and database systems and common HR
applications

Candidate must full understanding of HR functions and best practices

Candidate must exposure to Labor Law.
Responsibilities

Assist with performance management procedures; generating reports, following up with the
concerned departments to ensure finalization of the reviews and goal/objective setting.

Support the recruitment process by identifying candidates, assisting in shortlisting, interviewing,
and issuing employment contracts.

Support the HR assistant with the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties;
administrative duties, such as maintaining employee database, issue employment letters, manage
company issued phone lines, resolve HR system related issues, and coordination with the IT
service provider.

Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries regarding
human resources issues, rules, and regulations.

Process documentation and prepare reports relating to employee activities (staffing, recruitment,
training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)

Coordinate HR projects and activities (meetings, training, surveys, staff events and activities etc).

Salary Administration: manage payroll preparation by reviewing relevant data (absences, bonus,
leaves, etc).

Communicate with public services when necessary; Social Security Departments, Ministries of
Labour (across the region).

Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees; conduct HR orientation, share
orientation evaluation with new joiners and report the results of the evaluation to the HR of HR
to help improve the process.
