Job description
This position is responsible for overseeing and managing a project from its conception to its completion.
Key Accountabilities:
1) Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.
2) Budget preparation and submission to Accounts.
3) Coordination with Architects.
4) Technical discussion with Architect for Design & BOQ preparation.
5) Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that project team adheres to project requirements.
6) Project Schedule making for timely completing the project.
7) Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, providing purpose, direction, and motivation.
Qualification:
MBA or Experienced Professional in Retail as Project Head minimum 15 years.
Skills Required:
Planning and scheduling, Budgeting and financial management, Communication, Teamwork and collaboration.
