Job description HouseEazy is a fast growing prop-tech startup that aims to revolutionize the secondary real estate residential transactions by making them transparent, simple, and super-quick. We are actively seeking a Legal Manager who will be responsible for property documentation, verification, and legal opinions.

What you'll do · Lead and manage a team of 2-3 professionals involved in property documentation, verification, and legal opinions. · Oversee the preparation and verification of property-related documents. · Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies in all documentation processes management. · Coordinate and execute customer registries for apartments at the Registrar Office through legal counsel. · Collaborate with legal experts to streamline and expedite the registration process. · Regularly research and analyze apartment registry prices across Noida. · Stay informed about market trends and legal implications affecting property transactions. · Develop and implement model contract, agreement, and Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) formats to be uniformly used in all company transactions. · Ensure that legal documents are comprehensive, compliant, and protective of the company's interests. · Maintain all statutory records and registers as per legal requirements. · Oversee the compliance of the company with all applicable laws and regulations related to property transactions. · Provide timely and well-researched legal opinions to guide decision-making processes within the company. · Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address legal queries and concerns.

What you'll need · LLB from a reputed University/Law College. · Proven 7-10 years of experience in a similar legal management role with exposure to real estate laws and transactions & company law. · Good drafting and communication skills. · Good connections in Noida & Ghaziabad registrar offices. · Should have the ability to build very positive and close stakeholder working relationships. · Self-motivated, flexible and able to work at pace.
