Duties & Responsibilities
1.Academic Counselling:
·Assist students in selecting appropriate courses and creating academic plans.
·Provide guidance on study strategies, time management, and organizational skills.
·Monitor students' academic progress and intervene when necessary.
2.Career Counselling:
·Conduct career assessments and assessments to help students identify their interests, strengths, and career goals.
·Offer information on various career paths, job markets, and educational requirements.
·Assist students in developing job search strategies, writing resumes, and preparing for interviews.
3.Personal Counselling:
·Provide confidential counselling sessions to address personal and emotional issues.
·Help students cope with stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns.
·Refer students to external mental health professionals when necessary.
