Om Sai Global HR Service is seeking a skilled GIS Analyst to join at our client place based at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. As a GIS Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting geographic information for various projects. This is a full-time position located at Lucknow, Moradabad, Agra & Kanpur Location. The salary range for this role is competitive and will be based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
Roles And Responsibilities - Collect, analyze and interpret geographic data using GIS software
- Manage and maintain GIS databases
- Create and update maps, charts, and other GIS products
- Perform spatial analysis and modeling
- Conduct quality assurance checks on GIS data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project requirements
- Provide technical assistance and support to end-users
- Stay updated with the latest GIS technologies and trends
Qualifications And Skills - Bachelor's degree in Geography, GIS, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of GIS software such as ArcGIS, QGIS, or similar
- Experience in data collection, analysis, and interpretation
- Proficiency in using geospatial and statistical analysis tools
- Familiarity with GPS devices and surveying techniques
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and presentation skills
