Company: IT Services Organization Key Skills:
Ping, Pingone, Ping Access, IAM, Pingfederate, Okta, Access Management, Oauth, SAML, Openid Connect Roles and Responsibilities: Designing, implementing, and maintaining custom Ping-based Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions for clients, utilizing Ping Identity Platform products such as PingFederate, PingAccess, PingDirectory, and PingOne. Collaborating closely with customers and internal teams to understand business requirements, translate them into technical requirements, and design IAM solutions that align with client needs. Developing custom workflows, connectors, and scripts to enhance the functionality of Ping Identity Platform and integrate it with third-party systems and applications. Configuring and deploying Ping Access Management, Identity Management, and Directory Services products across various environments, including on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. Creating and maintaining technical documentation and knowledge base articles to assist clients and internal teams in understanding and maintaining IAM solutions. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Ping Identity Platform, including performance, availability, and security issues. Staying updated with the latest IAM technologies, standards, and best practices, and providing guidance to customers and internal teams on their adoption. Providing after-hours and on-call support as required. Skills Required: Experience with IAM protocols and standards such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect. Familiarity with Linux/Unix and Windows Server environments. Understanding of networking and security concepts. Deep knowledge of Ping Identity Platform products and their integration points. Strong understanding of IAM concepts, protocols, and standards, including LDAP, SCIM, and API-based authentication. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Java, JavaScript, and others. Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, and related services such as EC2, S3, MongoDB, RDS, Lambda, and API Gateway. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools including Git, Jenkins, Ansible, and Docker. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Knowledge of web protocols and technologies such as REST, JSON, and XML.
