The Role Will Involve
We are looking for AWS Cloud Architect who is result-oriented, believes in leading from the front, and is always willing to go the extra mile. The role requires a talented, self-directed individual with a strong work ethic and the following skills :
- 8+ years' experience as an IT Infrastructure Architect, with a focus on AWS mainly in EC2, storage, database, migration, analytics, and networking.
- AWS Solutions Architect/DevOps/SysOps Certified
- Strong practical Linux and Windows-based systems administration skills in a Cloud or Virtualized environment.
- Advanced AWS-based Cloud Architecture, Security and migration skills and experience.
- Vital role in the design of production, staging, QA, and development of Cloud Infrastructures running in 24x7 environments.
- Strong understanding across Cloud and infrastructure components (server, storage, network, data, and applications, services) to deliver end-to-end Cloud Infrastructure architectures and designs.
- Experience in leading an infrastructure team applying all elements of Technical Consulting
- Highlight shortcomings and suggest improvements in current IT Security processes, systems and procedures within assigned unit or discipline.
- Strong hands-on experience on pipeline implementation with multiple stages using tools like- Code Build, Code Pipeline, Jenkins, Team city etc.
- Should be able to Interact with application development teams to understand business requirements and expectations and then create an infra solution around the requirements.
- Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always-up, always-available service
- Expertise with containerization technologies, including LXC, Docker, CoreOS, etc.
- Passionate, persuasive, articulate Cloud professional capable of quickly establishing interest and credibility in how to design, deploy and operate cloud-based Architectures. Strong written, verbal, and chalkboard skills
- Experience in enterprise applications, solutions, and data center infrastructures.
- Good understanding of command-line scripts and PowerShell for managing infrastructure
- Knowledge of continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD)
- A working understanding of code and script (SQL, PHP, Python, etc)
- Ability to work with team members from around the globe/experience working with offshore models.
- Excellent analytical, communication & interpersonal skills with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Required Qualification & Soft Skills : - BTech/BE/MBA/MTech
