Job description
Direct Walk-In
- Calling prospects and understanding their requirements
- Responsible for generating revenue through given sales leads.
- Scheduling one on one meetings with customers to provide solutions specific to their needs
- Briefing the customers on project USPs thoroughly and having end to end discussion regarding our project.
- Addressing needs & concerns to fulfil buyer's expectations.
- Scheduling and conducting regular meetings with the Customers/Clients.
- Follow Up with Clients for Site Visits & bookings.
- Taking strong follow-up of potential prospects and ensuring closures
- Solving all post-sales queries or concerns of customers
- Building an excellent rapport with developers and their respective teams
- Ensuring Customer delight each and every time & Have a convincing power.
- Ensuring timely collection of payment, following up with customer and banker
- Managing post booking customer services till delivery /possession stage and Collection of payment dues.
- Calling on leads provided by the company
- Develop a healthy investor data base through channel partners
- You will interact with Channel Partners to increase the sales volume.
- Maintaining click up and closely work for Preparation of Final work Report

- Strong Communication skills, building relationships & excellent in negotiations & convincing
- Good persuasion skills & Convincing power and confidence
- Excellent presentation skills along with pleasant behavior
Languages : English, Telugu and Hindi
Qualification : MBA (Marketing)
