LOCATION: Jalandhar, Punjab, India (On-site)
EXPECTED PACKAGE: INR 20,000 - 25,000 per month (for Full-Time Contract)

Job Summary:
The Research Analyst will support the new and existing research & and analysis, with a focus of regulatory updates and market insights. He/she will be responsible for producing accurate, timely, analytical deliverables and providing valuable market insight and analytics to support the brand's ongoing business.
Responsibilities:
- Using automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources
- Removing corrupted data and fixing errors
- Developing and maintaining databases, and data systems – re-organising data in a readable format
- Performing analysis to assess the quality and meaning of data
- Filter Data by reviewing reports and instructions from Sales executives
- Using statistical tools to identify, analyse, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets
- Analysing local, national, and global data that is useful for the organisation and the business
- Working with programmers, engineers, and management heads to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and devise data governance strategies.
- Preparing final analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to make important decisions based on various facts and trends.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's or associate's degree in economics, finance, statistics, computer science, or related field.
- Experience in applied research or data management may be advantageous.
- Strong mathematical, analytical, and data modeling skills.
- Expertise with SQL, Python, Advance Excel, PowerPoint, Data wrangling, and data cleaning.
- Previous quantitative and qualitative research experience.
- Proven knowledge of Market analysis, Market trends, performing research, data collection, and statistics.
