- Security services management
- Managing Contract Labour
- Housekeeping, colony management, welfare measures
- Cost optimisation
- Employee engagement Activities
- Campus recruitments
- Benchmarking best practices with similar kind of industries
- Employee retention strategies and measuring the index
- Attendance and leave management
- PMS, New initiatives, OD intervention and being a change agent
- Training & Development – Skill development and Behavioural trainings
- Process improvisation to bring in efficiency
- Statutory compliances
