We have an opening for the post of Home Loan Advisor for their Banglore branch.

Qualification: Any Graduate

Salary: 20k -40k

Experience:1 - 3 Years

Office Timing: 9:30am to 6:30pm

Working Days: Sunday and Saturdays are working and 2 weekly offs

• Job Description :
• The candidate will work as a home loan advisor and will work closely with builders to provide home loan solution to their customers
• Enable technology solution at clients end so that their team can use it
• Understand the customer requirements and provide him the right home loan solution using technology
• Work from the builders project site and Office to provide solution to customers visiting the property
• Create a robust sales pipeline from the potential customers provided and do constant follow up with potential customers
• Maintain customer details in systems/dashboard in the manner instructed.
• Coordinate with other teams to provide excellent service to the customer

Required Skills

• Candidate must have Good communication and convincing skills.
• Preference will be given to candidates that have knowledge about Home Loans
• Ability to work well with people, both internally and with the external customers.
• Prioritize assignments, follow-up to ensure task completion, and manage multiple projects.
