# Ensuring the punctual delivery of materials to the designated inventory facility.
# Overseeing the timely generation of Goods Receipt Note (GRN) and Inventory Goods Inward (IGI) for received materials.
# Managing and addressing issues related to rejected materials, implementing effective solutions.
# Handling vendor payments and maintaining a systematic payment schedule.
# Demonstrating strong communication skills, both oral and written, for effective collaboration with global suppliers.
# Proficiently utilizing PC and Microsoft Office tools for comprehensive documentation and reporting.
# Collaborating with suppliers worldwide to ensure timely material procurement.
# Managing and organizing the necessary documentation for customs clearance processes.
