Job description
We are seeking a talented Senior Scrum Master to join a team working remotely for a client in Switzerland. As a Senior Scrum Master, you will be responsible for thriving in fostering agile methodologies, and team development, and enjoy the responsibility of guiding teams through Scrum practices. Your main goal will be to enhance user satisfaction by improving the usability, accessibility, and overall user experience of our applications.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the Scrum methodology within the teams.
- Take responsibility for all Scrum ceremonies and convey the principles, processes, and templates of the Agile Release Train (ART).
- Support and drive agile practices, with a focus on team development and situational coaching.
- Assist the Product Owner in their role.
- Act as an enabler of the ART, promoting values and principles in the scaled agile environment.
- Guide the change from the current organization to the Agile Release Train (ART) according to SAFe principles.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the ART.
Requirements:
- Solid and demonstrable experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
- Experience with scaled agility, with knowledge of SAFe being advantageous.
- Familiarity with both traditional and agile projects and process methodologies, both theoretically and practically.
- High level of communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Professionalism, social competence, a willingness to perform, and leadership qualities.
- Proficiency in English at a minimum of B2 level (speaking and writing).
