We are aggressively focusing on expanding our presence throughout the country. We are looking for a Senior Accounts Executive to join our team in Kolkata.

Job Description

We are looking for an HR to support our Human Resources department. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.

Your main administrative duties include

maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records

and onboarding guides) and updating internal databases. Our ideal candidate has

experience with HR procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a

timely manner.

Ultimately, you should be able to ensure

our HR department supports our employees while conforming to labour laws.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment history, performance evaluations, and other related documents.

• Prepare, process, and file HR paperwork, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination documents.

• Ensure confidentiality and security of all HR records.

• Supervise and lead the recruitment process, including recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.

• Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the organization

• Develop, review, and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook in alignment with legal requirements and best practices.

• Ensure compliance with labour laws, employment regulations, and company policies.

• Implement and manage performance evaluation processes, ensuring timely and constructive feedback to employees.

• Provide guidance to managers on handling performance-related issues.

• Identify skill gaps and training needs within the organization.

• Handle employee grievances and mediate conflict resolution.

• Promote a positive work environment and foster employee engagement.

• Prepare HR reports and analytics, providing insights and recommendations to management.

• Work closely with the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.

• Verify and maintain records of employee time and attendance.

• Assist in budget planning and control for HR-related expenses.

• Monitor HR budget allocation and spending.

• Oversee routine administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing HR-related documents.

• Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance.

• Basic paper works, such as agreements, applications, etc. and to engage and deal with the govt officials.

• Application at government sites for licenses and renewals.

• Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms.

• Providing day-to-day assistance to directors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field.

• Proven work experience in HR administration, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or executive capacity.

• Thorough understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.

• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Prior background in food and beverage industry is an added advantage.
