Job Overview
We are hiring a Food & Beverage Captain to join our team as a Food & Beverage Captain, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service and efficient operations in the F&B department. This is a full-time position with a mid-level requirement of 4 to 6 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all activities in the Food & Beverage department
- Ensure efficient workflow and smooth operation of the F&B section
- Train and coach team members to deliver excellent guest service
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner
- Monitor inventory, order supplies, and maintain stock levels
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and bartenders to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food and beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the F&B area
- Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accuracy in billing
- Prepare reports on sales, revenue, and expenses as required
