Company Overview: Vatatree Consulting is a leading firm in the Human Resources Services industry committed to providing exceptional landscape architecture solutions.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Advising on matters related to environmental conservation
- Carrying out environmental impact assessments
- Reviewing designs and providing constructive feedback
- Checking BOQ and ensuring budget compliance
- Coordinating with external consultants liaising and guiding the execution team
- Preparing site analysis and progress reports
- Supervising onsite work to ensure adherence to approved designs
- Guiding the site team in resolving sitelevel difficulties
- Understanding and communicating written and verbal specifications effectively
- Conducting preliminary studies of the site including contours soil ecology buildings roads and heritage
Candidate Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications of B.Arch (Landscape) or M.Arch (Landscape); work portfolios are mandatory.
Required Skills:
- Good creative flair and imagination
- Interest in the environment with knowledge of tree life sciences
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Negotiation and leadership ability
- Lateral and spatial thinking
- Design management skills
- Knowledge of LEED certifications and sustainable landscaping
- Minimum 5 years of proven work experience as a landscaping architect
- Good knowledge of building standards fire norms and local authority norms
- Keeping updated with new requirements and upmarket knowledge is essential
