Establish and maintain system usage standards including equipment hierarchy, nomenclature, definitions and associated maintenance databases for new and existing Fluence project sites
Create and maintain SOPs and Job Plans as needed
Develop in house tools for supporting multiple streams of supply chain Vertical.
Ensures all procedures are developed, understood, and followed consistently throughout Fluence
Partners with stakeholders, process specialists, and users to elicit and document business requirements
Work with business teams to define and document business requirements for new metrics and reports
Provides technical support for existing reports, dashboards, or other tools
Qualifications
Master s Degree preferred but Bachelors degree is Must (or professional training) in Computer science, Information Systems, Engineering or related fields or other technical engineering background
General computer proficiency with Microsoft Office
Working experience with ERP Software (Netsuite, SAP etc.) or DAS systems is a plus.
Preferred skill in Power Bi/Incorta and MS Excel.
Knowledge on ETL process is good to have.
Strong Programming in python preferred as role will require in house application development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - high emotional intelligence and excellent presentation skills a must
Must be self-driven, highly detail oriented, organized and be able to work in a fast paced team environment
Proven written and verbal communication skills.
Data analysis experience in a facilities maintenance program, specifically in asset management and spare part optimization is a plus
