Inviting applications for the role of a Team Lead and Senior Manager, Data Analyst!
In this role, you will be working in the capacity of a team lead and a senior data analyst. As a team leader, you will be the contact point for all team members and as a senior data analyst, you are expected to participate in the various development projects being initiated by our customers. You will interact with various stakeholders in business and technology to elicit and communicate requirements, while ensuring that the documentation (BRD, FRD) that you develop follows the organization standards.


Responsibilities
Team Lead
1. Supervise, manage, and motivate team members.
2. Setting clear team goals
3. Delegating tasks and set deadlines for your internal team.
4. Oversee day-to-day operation.
5. Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
6. Discover training needs and provide coaching.
7. Listen to team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
8. Recognize high performance and reward accomplishment.
9. Escalate, discuss performance, and process issues.
Senior Data Analyst
1. Manage and/or participate in various stages of end-to-end Project life cycle and have through understanding and experience in both agile and waterfall-based project execution.
2. Review, analyze and evaluate business processes and systems, both new and existing
3. Work with stakeholders to elicit requirements and develop solutions.
4. Experienced in Agile Scrum, Story writing, Managing requirements and acceptance criteria as well as bug/issue management.
5. Well-versed in JIRA usage.
6. Experienced in development and execution of independent validation and verification testcases and plan, as well as Production based operational acceptance testing.
7. Collaborate with development teams to ensure requirements are well understood and solution being built are in line with requirements.
8. Able to build Use cases and present them.
9. Able to understand and implement data governance principles for items such as but not limited to new data demands, new regulatory consumption, attribute mapping, defining aggregation rules.
. Good understanding of databases and data structures
. Knowledge of DQ standards, guidelines, and best practices
. Good knowledge of Process Sequence, Dictionaries, DQ Lifecycles, Naming Convention, Version Control, etc.
. Designing, testing, deploying, and documenting the data quality rules and their outputs.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
. Good understanding of Consumer/Personal Banking Products (Credit Cards, Mortgages, Loans etc.) and Good Exposure of Product / Process Lifecycles - Execution, Oversight, GRC etc.
. Knowledge and understanding of Consumer Banking policies, regulations, and regulatory bodies.
. Good exposure in managing and delivering end to end Digital projects, working with multiple workstreams - Stakeholders, Digital, Technology, Dev Ops and Business POCs, any other if documented.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
. Good interpersonal skills
. Monitor project progress by tracking activity resolving problems publishing progress reports recommending actions.
. Validate resource requirements and develop cost estimate models.
