Role Overview: We are seeking a disciplined Sales and Technical Advisor with a proven track record in product demonstrations and sales within the agriculture sector especially nutrition or crop protection or seeds sector only. The ideal candidate will be adept at frequent travel within Madhya Pradesh, skilled in generating new sales leads and maintaining detailed sales records. The ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders is paramount. Key Responsibilities: Drive sales growth and market share in Madhya Pradesh through strategic planning and brand development for our Biostimulant and fertilizer products. Offer technical support to Distributors, Dealers, and Farmers, ensuring their success and satisfaction. Build and sustain long-term customer relationships.
