Job description
Heading the team working on SCADA panel production, testing and dispatch, SCADA installation and commissioning, Customer support and service. Providing technical inputs to BD and products development team.
Responsibilities Planning and managing IoT SCADA panel production, testing, quality assurance & warranty support and documentation work, and dispatch. Planning and managing SCADA installation and commissioning and data validation work. Managing and handling customer complaints, customer service requests, SCADA panel repair service. Providing technical solution to Business Development team based on customer RFQ, Driving quality goals and quality policy and procedure implementation. Providing inputs to products development team on developing new feature and products, analyzing issues/ problems/bugs in the products. Guiding preparation of review of SCADA drawings, QAP, Production testing and test reports .
