Job description
Location: Bangalore, India (Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
Timings: Full-Time (9 30 AM to 6 30 PM) + Sundays off, remote half-day on alternate Saturdays
Compensation: ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 per month, plus a performance-related bonus at the end of the year. (Subject to experience level)
Experience Level: 0 to 2 years as a working professional

The Role: This all-rounder position is perfect for someone who wants to dive into the dynamic world of a startup. Key responsibilities include:
- Community Engagement: Work closely with our Community Manager to build relationships with community members, and to develop systems to drive engagement and collaboration among members.
- Event Planning & Partnership Management: Assist in the organisation, planning and execution of events in collaboration with our partners.
- Tech Innovations: Familiar with using no-code tools like Zapier to automate business processes and Notion to build digital products, with e general knack for all things tech
- Bonus: If you're great at back-end web tools (particularly with Wix and Zoho)
- Diverse Problem-Solving: Tackle various business challenges with creativity and analytical skills.

- Confident & Creative: Capable of executing projects from start to finish with minimal input.
- Collaborative : Ability to work efficiently and constructively with other team members.
- Adaptive: Comfortable with multiple roles and quick transitions within the startup environment.
