Job description
Managing the overall Credit Underwriting / Loan Sanction of Home Loan proposals which includes Scrutinising / verification of all documents (Income, KYC), Conducting PD and recommending the cases for final approval.
Rejection of non-doable cases with appropriate reasons.
Managing the Sanctions /Decision of the cases within defined TAT with complete adherence to Policy Process.
MIS Reporting for all cases logged-in
Audit/Quality Audit Handling.
Coordination with vendors for getting reports on time and as per expected quality.
