Roles and Responsibilities:
Handling inbound and outbound to solve customer queries about mutual fund.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong customer service focus.
Building business relationships with potential clients.
Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly Manner.
There is no target and no sales its a easy process only.
Location : Navi Mumbai Sector 11 Belapur
Salary : Up-to 15k
Work timings : 9.30am to 6.30 pm
Week-off : As per Banking Norms
Qualification : Any Degree
Experience : Fresher , Experience can also Apply
