Job Description: Online PGDM Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and update the curriculum of the online PGDM program, ensuring its alignment with industry trends and academic standards.
  • Integrate innovative teaching methodologies, case studies, and real-world applications into the program.
  • Monitor and maintain the quality of program content, assessments, and instructional materials to meet academic curriculum.
  • Ensure adherence to accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide faculty with ongoing support, training, and professional development opportunities.
  • Implement strategies to foster active student engagement and participation in the online learning environment.
  • Address student concerns and provide academic guidance to ensure their success.
  • Integrate innovative technologies to enhance the virtual classroom experience.
  • Develop effective assessment methods and evaluation criteria to measure student learning outcomes.
  • Provide constructive feedback to students and faculty to enhance learning and teaching effectiveness.
  • Analyze program data, student performance, and feedback to make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
  • Generate regular reports on program effectiveness and propose actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with academic advisors, admissions teams, and marketing departments to ensure program alignment and effective student recruitment.

Qualifications

  • A Master's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or Education.
  • Proven experience with more than 5-7 years in educational leadership, curriculum development, and online program management.
  • Familiarity with online learning platforms, educational technologies, and best practices in online pedagogy.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse and interpret program metrics.
  • Experience in faculty management and professional development.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to changing educational landscapes and market demands
