Relationship Manager Location: Good Earth Mumbai Store- Juhu/Raghuvanshi Mills Areas of Impact: Retail Purpose: Delivering GE’s unparalleled customer experience and driving revenue on the shop floor Responsibilities: Customer experience: Continuously strive to enhance the experience on the floor Ensures a “Meet and greet’ approach on floor so that no customer is left unattended Understands customer needs and suggesting solutions by mapping customer’s persona and need Maintains VM and Displays (including ISBs, Collaterals) of assigned Section as per brand standards. Resolves customer escalations with the help of Shop Head Business & Operations responsibility: Owns and delivers the Assigned targets month on month Drive sales through engagement of customers (new & repeat both), suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge Identify reasons for performance/non-performance and come-up with tactical solutions with the help of Floor Manager Closely monitor inventory availability / stockouts to avoid lost opportunities. Work closely with Shop Ops to drive upkeep and maintenance of the assigned Section Supports the Manager in overall operations Collaboration: Be a shining example of high performance and positive attitude Maintains excellent working relationships with the team at the location Collaborates & maintains good rapport with backend Business, Marketing and all support teams at HOJob tags
