We have openings for Non IT Recruiter.
- Work from Home model
- Head office: Ambala , Haryana
- Salary: 20 to 30k
- Shift timings: 10 am to 6 pm, Sunday off
Duties : We're seeking enthusiastic personnel who thrives for excellence in customer engagement and loves to go the extra mile for high client satisfaction. An ideal candidate will be a people person and champion in proactively solving customer queries/ issues. He/she will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists.
- Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in HR or related field.
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role.
- Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.
- Strong sourcing skills and experience utilizing various recruitment channels.
- Excellent interviewing and assessment abilities to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit.
- Ability to build strong relationships and effectively communicate with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality recruitment outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems would be preferred.
- Willing to work on Weekends, must be career-oriented.
