(Role and Responsibilities)Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needsSpend time understanding the position and the niche skills requiredDetermine the selection criteriaSource potential candidates through online channels (e.G. social platforms and professional networks) and personal networksPlan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviewsBring Innovations in the Hiring ProcessAssess candidate information, including resumes and contact detailsRun discreet background checksOrganize and attend job fairs and recruitment eventsFoster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidatesCreate strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needWho could you be? Background and Experience:Proven work experience and success as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar roleFamiliarity and experience with social media hiring, resume databases and strong professional networksHands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques andevaluation methodsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA keen interest and understanding of the Indian Gaming Eco-systemChasing Aggressive TargetsEducational Qualification:A formal degree in Human Resource is preferred.
