Job description
Position : Salesforce QAExp : 4 to 8 yearsLocation : Hyderabad Full TimeJob Description :- Review and analyze Business process specifications related to Sales & Services Cloud and CPQ.- Work closely with project members, technical product owners, architects, and software engineers to understand the complete context of deliveries and translate complex functional and non-functional requirements in robust end-to-end tests.- Collaborate with Developers to understand effective strategies and test plans.- Experience in automating tests using Selenium/Java or Apex code.- Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results.- Evaluate product/process according to specifications.- Create logs/Reports to document testing phases and defects using Supporting tools HP ALM/ Jira.- Provide UAT support.- Provide QA Support during the Deployment and release.- Design and implement testing plans for products- Identify procedures and scenarios for the quality control of products and services- Process product reviews and inform the development team of defects and errors- Communicate quantitative and qualitative findings from test results to the development team- Monitor efforts to resolve product issues and track progress- Ensure that the final product satisfies the product requirements and meet end-user expectations- Spot areas for improvement to enhance the product's efficiency- Research the current market for similar products and compare results (ref:hirist.tech)
