Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist with AID's at D'Decor Home Fabrics located in Mumbai. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, creating and implementing marketing strategies, training staff on sales techniques, and managing the sales team.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proven track record in sales
- Experience in training staff on sales techniques
- Strong sales management skills
- Good understanding of data analysis and reporting
- Knowledge of home furnishing industry and market trends is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing.
