Job description
Role Overview:
ER seeks a highly skilled and experienced Lead-Supply Chain Management to manage our procurement, inventory, and supply chain operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring streamlined supply chain processes, effective cross-functional collaboration, and compliance with statutory and client-specific policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology supply chains, demonstrating high responsiveness, ownership, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement efficient procurement and inventory management strategies.
-Establish and maintain supplier relationships, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring reliable supply.
-Implement risk management practices to identify and mitigate supply chain risks.
-Drive cost optimization through effective vendor collaboration and financial management.
-Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations related to supply chain and financial reporting.
-Manage cross-functional collaboration with multiple teams, project requirements, stakeholders, and suppliers.
-Communicate effectively regarding timelines, track progress, and provide early risk signals in the MIS.
-Manage internal administration related to IT assets, component inventory, asset custodies, and internal material utilization for project deliveries and R&D.
-Oversee all material deliveries to customers, ensuring compliance with statutory and client-specific policies through frequent communication and collaboration with internal teams and client stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in technology, Automation or manufacturing industries
High levels of ownership and cross-functional collaboration attitudes with a bias for action and results
Strong understanding of procurement, inventory management, and supply chain risk management.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in supply chain management software and financial automation systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
