Job Title: Project Manager - Zoho Implementations

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our Zoho implementations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and exceed client expectations. Role Overview: As a Project Manager for Zoho Implementations, you will play a pivotal role in our consulting team, overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of Zoho solutions to our diverse client base. You will work closely with clients to understand their business processes and requirements and lead a talented team of consultants and technical experts to customize and deploy Zoho applications that meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end implementation of Zoho solutions, including requirement gathering, project planning, resource allocation, execution, and delivery. Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress, ensuring timely completion of projects. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project objectives. Conduct risk management to minimize project risks and develop strategies to address potential issues proactively. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Deliver regular project updates to senior management and clients, including progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget. Enhance project and organizational reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value.

Qualifications:

Proven working experience as a project manager in the information technology sector, specifically with Zoho implementations. Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
