About The Role
We seek a skilled and detail-oriented Office Admin Executive to join our team. This role is crucial for overseeing office administration, accounts, and finance functions, and ensuring smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Office Administration - Manage office maintenance and logistics
- Coordinate with facilities staff on issues
- Maintain stock of office supplies and equipment
- Organize office events and meetings
- Manage correspondence (letters, packages etc.)
- Onboard new employees
- Support colleagues whenever necessary
Accounts amp; Finance:
- Support bookkeeping and budgeting procedures
- Review data for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain organized records of financial information. Knows Tally ERP
- Generate financial reports and summaries for analysis
- Manage procurement processes and inventory
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations and compliance
Stakeholder Interactions - Communicate with employees, vendors, customers, etc.
- Prepare executive reports and presentations
Required skills amp; qualifications:
- 2-3 years experience in office administration office assistant or similar roles
- Proficiency in Excel, accounting software
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Attention to detail and process management ability
- Understanding of bookkeeping, financial, and statutory compliance
- Resourcefulness in resolving operational issues
- High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred
As the company expands, this role has scope to take on more responsibilities in executive assistance, HR operations, supply chain management, etc.
