Position: MEP Manager (Execution)
Qualification : B.Tech ( Mechanical/Electrical)
Total Experience (min.) : 10 years
Job Description:
- Understanding the project scope and detailing the project requirement as per the contract.
- Coordinating with the customer and internal engineering/procurement team for obtaining technical clearances, approvals pertaining to all scope of work.
- Coordinating with the project site team and arranging resources required as per project work plan.
- Proposing value engineering options / alternative specifications to meet the project specific requirement.
- Preparing detailed micro schedule pertaining to MEP activities at site and monitoring the same as per wholistic project plan for completion.
- Coordinating with HQ operations / SCM team for expediting material/resources requirement as per project plan.
- Possess knowledge and hands on experience in Pump House Gate Fixtures, Structural steel Fabrication & Erection, EOT/Gantry Crane Installation, Blasting & Painting works, MS pipe Fabrications and Erection, Pump installation, HVAC works, DG installation, Fire Fighting Installation works as per relevant standards and procedures.
- Raising RFI's, getting approved from customer and provide signed measurement sheet to planning team for bill processing.
- Adhering to standard QAP and SOP's for executing all the MEP works at site
- Adhering to all EHS practises at site and adopting safe working conditions.
- High standards of Quality and safety are to be followed at site and ensure there are no major NCs. Any work related NCs are to be closed on priority by implementing corrective action.
- Exhibiting exemplary presentation & communication skills at all interaction levels with both internal & external stake holders.
