- TheInsideSalesRolewillberesponsibleforidentifyingandnurturingprospectiveleadsforour customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth pre-sales process. Youshould be able to warm up leads and perform lead qualification processes. This is anopportunitytoworkwithseveralmidandlarge techfirms intheUSand worldwide.
- TobesuccessfulasanInsideSalesRepresentativeyoushouldbeabletobuildinstantrapportwith the people you talk to. A top Inside Sales Representative should also be very competitiveand agoodlistener.
Responsibilities:
- Communicatingwithprospectsofourcustomers,identifyingandqualifyingB2Bleads
- Undertakeleaddiscoveryandleadnurturingcampaigns
- Warminguptheleadfor customermarketingandsales-teams,withdiligentfollowups
- Understandcustomercampaigns,theirproducts/servicesandappropriatelycommunicatecustomerbrandidentitytoprospects
- Undertake pre-sales outreach processes such as opt-ins, content syndication, and marketingand salesleadqualification.
- Youwillhavetoworkin UStimezones fromourAhmedabad/Puneoffices
Requirements:
- Priorexperience withinsideorpre-salesforproductspreferablyinthetechvertical
- Excellentverbalcommunicationskills
- ExcellentOrganizational,planning,reportingskillsandprovenabilitytomulti-task
- Demonstrated experience in converting prospects into leads; Proven experience inappointmentsettingespeciallywithClevelpeopleinmid-andlargecorporations.
- Demonstratedproficiencyin coldcalling
- Shouldbeself-motivatedandhighenergy
