Job description
Lead the automation testingeffort of our cloud management platform.
Create and maintain automationtest cases and test suites.
Work closely with thedevelopment team to ensure that the automation tests are integrated into thedevelopment process.
Collaborate with other QA teammembers to identify and resolve defects.
Implement automation testingbest practices and continuously improve the automation testing framework.
Develop and maintainautomation test scripts using programming languages such as Python.
Conduct performance testingusing tools such as JMeter, Gatling, or Locust.
Monitor and report onautomation testing and performance testing progress and results.
Ensure that the automationtesting and performance testing strategy aligns with overall product qualitygoals and objectives.
Manage and mentor a team ofautomation QA engineers.
RequirementsBachelors degree in ComputerScience or a related field.
Minimum of 8+ years ofexperience in automation testing and performance testing.
Experience in leading and managingautomation testing teams.
Strong experience withautomation testing frameworks including Robot Framework.
Strong experience withprogramming languages, including Python.
Strong understanding ofsoftware development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Experience with testingcloud-based applications.
Good understanding of Cloudservices ecosystem, specifically AWS.
Experience with performancetesting tools such as JMeter, Gatling, or Locust.
Excellent analytical andproblem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills.
Ability to work independentlyand in a team environment.
Passionate about automationtesting and performance testing.
