Job description
Collaborative Synergy: Work closely with Product, Tech, and Growth teams to align design initiatives with business objectives.
Design Systems: Create, manage, and extend design systems to ensure a unified UX across all platforms.
Design and prototype groundbreaking features for our cross-border financial solutions, working closely with the Product, Tech, and Growth teams.
Conduct comprehensive user research to understand global needs and pain points of our user base.
Partner with engineers to ensure your designs are flawlessly implemented and translate to high-quality products.
Develop micro-interactions and transitions, communicating these clearly through prototyping to the developers.
Collaborate with fellow product designers to build and maintain a cohesive, scalable design system.
Liaise with graphic and motion designers to enhance product experiences with visual aesthetics.
Stay ahead of design trends and best practices, incorporating them into your work and sharing your knowledge with the team.
2 - 3 years of experience in designing digital products.
Proficiency in Figma and other prototyping tools.
A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and design systems.
Expertise in user research methodologies and testing.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
A strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture while focusing on minute details.
A self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively.
Someone with a strong grasp of UX principles specific to fintech products.
Passionate about creating user experiences that are intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing.
