Job description
. Achievement for KPI as per SOP
. To ensure zero escalation
. Adherence to the process
. Delivering on the daily operations dispatch quota (inbound and outbound)
. Resolution of discrepancy with customer and escalation of the matter when deemed
necessary
. Assist customer team during audits and Inventory
. Should ensure strict adherence to set processes and should escalate with customer when any deviation is observed
. Should implement various process improvement techniques
. Focus on improving the warehouse operations according to company's objective
