Job description
Tailwind is looking for a Marketing Manager who is able to manage multiple advertising work streams and is dynamic, enthusiastic and keen-eyed enough to go beyond the obvious, draw complex insights and provide actionable to the team and the client.
Primary Responsibilities: - Effective planning, implementation and monitoring of the digital media campaigns in coordination with different stakeholders, with end-to-end ownership of the complete process - Developing marketing strategies and campaign ideas by understanding brand language, audience preferences and competitive landscape - Analysing data from ad campaigns and secondary sources to identify trends, insights and opportunities to optimize campaign performance - Building and ensuring compliance to systems to ensure smooth execution of digital media campaigns - Providing inputs and expertise to drive efficacy of marketing activities, starting from media planning to content development and finalizing ad targeting - Creating and maintaining relationships with clients, advertising partners and publishers - Managing the team by recruiting, orienting, and training team members. Qualities we are looking for: - Open-minded, curious, and a strong problem-solver - Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to generate creative ideas and find opportunities for optimization - Strong written, communication and presentation skills - Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and clients, and ensure smooth inter-teams' coordination - Demonstrable success in managing marketing campaigns - Ability to conceptualise ad campaigns - Proficiency in Meta, Google Ads Manager etc. and analytics/marketing tools like Google Analytics, Clever Tap, MO Engage, etc. - A self-starter mentality, a strong sense of ownership, and an appetite for learning. Educational Qualifications and Work Experience - Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or a related field from a leading Indian/International education institution - Relevant experience of 2+ years gained in either a full-service agency or product/growth/brand management focused roles in a consumer-facing organization - Credible record of operating at a team management levelJob tags
