React Native Mobile Developer
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled React Native Mobile Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in mobile application development using React Native, along with a solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle. As a React Native Mobile Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms.
Responsibilities:
Mobile App Development:
Design and build cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Identify and fix bugs, bottlenecks, and other issues within the applications.
Codebase Maintenance:
Maintain and improve the existing codebase, ensuring code quality and best practices.
Collaborate with other team members to implement features and integrate user interfaces.
Integration and API Development:
Work with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries to integrate external services.
Collaborate with backend developers to ensure seamless data flow between the server and mobile applications.
User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) Design:
Work closely with UX/UI designers to implement visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
Ensure a consistent user experience across different devices and screen sizes.
Testing and Debugging:
Write automated tests to ensure the reliability and robustness of the applications.
Debug and resolve issues reported by QA or end-users promptly.
Documentation:
Document code and project specifications for future reference and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in mobile app development using React Native.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and React Native frameworks.
Experience with state management libraries such as Redux.
Knowledge of mobile platform design guidelines and best practices.
Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode and Android Studio.
Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in mobile development.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with native module development in React Native.
Experience with continuous integration and deployment.
Knowledge of other mobile development frameworks (e.g., Flutter, Swift, Kotlin).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
