Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Manager - US Hiring located in the San Francisco Bay Area. The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment processes, managing a team of recruiters, building relationships with clients, developing recruitment strategies, and ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements. They will also be responsible for analyzing and improving recruitment metrics

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment processes and managing a team of recruiters
• Strong relationship building and communication skills
• Ability to develop effective recruitment strategies and improve recruitment metrics
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the tech industry is preferred
• Experience is working with Vendors, ATS systems
• Experience in managing offshore recruiters.
• Experience in Tech hiring only.,

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include:

• Experience with AI-driven tech screenings and other screening technologies
• Experience recruiting for diverse and global teams
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed recruitment decisions
