Inside Sales Representative
Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating the value of our products and services to potential customers, as well as maintaining strong client relationships. The Inside Sales Representative will work closely with other members of the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities - Coordinate with schools to provide information and services.
- Maintain and update internal databases.
- Explain product/services to schools and convert them to onboard.
- Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails.
- Maintain relationships with school personnel.
- Schedule personal visits or appointments for senior team members.
- Respond to incoming emails and phone enquiries.
- Maintain MIS reports for management review.
- Review own performance and aim to meet or exceed targets.
- Attend team meetings and share best practice with colleagues.
Qualifications - Computer proficiency for maintaining updated records of all activities.
- Customer service skills required for building and maintaining relationships with schools.
- Analytical skills required for submitting reports to Management.
- Proactive and prompt implementation skills required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in English.
This is a full-time position and we are looking to hire 2-3 candidates.
