We have hospitals in Gurgaon (Delhi NCR), Lucknow, Patna, Indore & Ranchi. In addition, we have clinics in Defence Colony (South Delhi), Cybercity & Subhash Chowk (Gurgaon) and at the Delhi Airports. Medanta is constantly growing its digital healthcare services, launched homecare and has also very recently entered into Retail vertical by setting up lab services (outside hospital) & Retail Pharmacy. We further plan to scale up our existing facilities, expand into few more geographical areas and also identify new avenues within healthcare eco-system.
Job Location - Gurgaon Working Days - 6 days a week from office About Position: Head – CSR role will include but not restricted to: Formulate CSR policy and strategy in light with legislation, governance, compliance & business requirements. Plan, conceptualize & end-to-end execute new initiatives & programs. This will include assigning budgets, tracking progress with periodic reviews, plan risk mitigation and have governance, audits & checks in place. Delivery of existing initiatives. Manage and co-ordinate the delivery of the planned initiatives (TB free Haryana, Mission Stop Dengue, immunization programs, vaccine drives, development of OPD’s at village level etc.) Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and with external partners (NGO’s, Foundations, Government, Customers) to drive CSR strategy of Medanta. Responsible for identifying programs with NGO partners that align with CSR mandate, building capacity for Corporates/ funders, garnering corporate volunteers & also engaging them for delivery. Monitoring of external partners (Financial, Governance & Program) Compile Quarterly & Financial reports on various projects. CSR reporting, interface with Board of Directors, CSR committee Co-ordinate all CSR related media interactions Create/conceptualize and design CSR content for Website and other social media handles. Gauge adherence to financial risk assessment & prepare mitigation standards. Explore new upcoming CSR initiatives undertaken by corporate and government agencies. Requirements 15-20 years cross-functional, cross-disciplinary project management/business analysis experience with a track record of success and achievement demonstrated within relevant CSR roles. Strong delivery focus with experience of managing business projects successfully. Ability to influence management and peers to tie social responsibility to core business strategy. Creativity and resourcefulness in developing and executing engagement plans, communications campaigns, and community events. Excellent interpersonal skills with an influential and engaging demeanor. Ability to build strong working relationships with senior executives and grassroots employees.Job tags
