We are seeking to hire a skilled ServiceNow CSM developer to help with the development and maintenance of projects developed on ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities:
Provide expertise on all technical questions related to development on ServiceNow
Develops the technical solutions, implements them and performs the component integration tests
Understand the business needs and the needs to standardize processes, and build this into the design
Responsible for the technical specification, design and implementation of the ServiceNow integration
Experience presenting and conducting demo reviews with stakeholders, understand stakeholders requirement and design solution matching the expectation
Candidate must be organized and analytical, adept at working in a team environment, able to implement on time to a project schedule, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast moving environment.
Excellent troubleshooting skills with ability to demonstrate influence in a consultative fashion to stakeholders and other team members.
Experience with development and implementation of ServiceNow Customer Service Management Workflow module.
Experience with extending the ServiceNow schema to custom applications
Understands technical and functional design requirements related to ServiceNow CSM.
Create and manage scripts and workflow.
Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs - all scripted aspects of the ServiceNow system
Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and the ServiceNow APIs
Customizing ServiceNow using UI Pages, UI Macro & CMS using CSS, HTML, Jelly.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of configuration/development experience for complex, highly-capable, technologies inclusive of integrations and portals preferably with consulting experience.
Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) in a customer service environment, while providing thought leadership to Customer Service sponsors/stakeholders in solving business process and/or technical problems
Customer-centric mentality, willing to go the extra mile for the customer, and will break down all barriers to ensure customer success
Interacts well with both technical and non-technical customers, attains relevant technical and business requirements, analyzes information, and designs comprehensive solutions
Conducts solutions presentations and obtains customer acceptance to solution design
Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, Bootstrap, CSS, middleware, LDAP, SSO, etc.) and working with SaaS technologies
Strong understanding with leading CRM tools and related systems.
Experience with git workflow and unit testing
Familiarity in agile software development and good knowledge of it s best practices and trends
Great logical thinking and attention to details
Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
Team player who is self-driven and proactive in learning new technologies and skills

Certified System Administrator
Certified Implementation Specialist - CSM
Certified Application Developer
(1.) To analyse and understand client requirements and solution feasibility. (2.) To document the various workflows, processes, progress and codes developed in various stages of the project. (3.) To independently develop complex workflows and codes as per client specifications in adherence to time, cost and quality standards. (4.) To perform internal testing and resolve identified bugs.
