UI UX Designer Responsibilities:

· Investigating user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets.

· Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.

· Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.

· Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.

· Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.

· Gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with product managers and engineers

· Collaborating with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.

· Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behaviour.

· Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design.

Brand Identity Design

Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain brand identity elements, ensuring consistency across all platforms.

· Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create branding materials that resonate with our target audience.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in creating compelling brand identities.

· Excellent understanding of branding principles and tactics.

Social Media Ads Design

Responsibilities:

· Design visually appealing and effective social media ad campaigns.

· Stay current with social media design trends to ensure high engagement.

Requirements:

· Experience in designing for social media platforms.

· Creativity in translating marketing goals into engaging visuals.

Gym Branding Design

Responsibilities:

· Design unique branding elements for gym and fitness centers.

· Collaborate with clients to understand and deliver on their branding vision.

Requirements:

· Experience in niche branding, particularly for gyms or fitness centers.

· Ability to create distinctive branding that resonates with the fitness community.

Brochure Design

Responsibilities:

· Design informative and appealing brochures for various clients and purposes.

· Work with content teams to layout text and visuals effectively.

Requirements:

· Strong portfolio in brochure and print layout design.

· Proficient in design software for creating print-ready designs.

Print Media Design (Standee, Banner, Poster)

Responsibilities:

· Create engaging designs for standees, banners, and posters.

· Ensure all designs are visually compelling and communicate the intended message effectively.

Requirements:

· Solid experience in designing large-scale print media.

· Understanding of print production processes and requirements.

Video Editing (using Canva)

Responsibilities:

· Edit and produce engaging video content for various platforms.

· Utilize Canva and other video editing tools to create high-quality videos.

Requirements:

· Proficiency in video editing software, including Canva and Premiere Pro.

· Creative storytelling skills through video.

Tools:

· Figma

· Adobe Photoshop
