Profile - sales Team lead.

This is a full-time, on-site Team lead - Motor Insurance role located in Gurgaon at Renewbuy ( The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Tele sales Executives  to develop, implement and manage a range of motor insurance products and To Manage a TEAM of 10 TRMs  and deliver on Monthly targets.

Must be from Motor Insurance Sales Background... Key responsibilities include managing the day-to-day report, achieving Monthly Target, providing guidance and support to team members, and developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the motor/automobile insurance industry, with at least 1 years in an inside sales team handling.
• Expertise in the principles and practices of underwriting, claims management, pricing, distribution and product development in the motor insurance sector
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of insurance professionals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations, guidelines and industry standards
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and experience with insurance management software systems.
