About Company BDO India LLP (or BDO India) is the India member firm of BDO International. BDO India offers strategic, operational, accounting and tax & regulatory advisory & assistance for both domestic and international organisations across a range of industries. BDO India is led by more than 140 Partners & Directors with a team of over 3000 professionals operating across 10 cities. We expect to grow sizably in the coming 3-5 years, adding various dimensions to our business and multiplying the increasing the current team size multi-fold.

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Leads the delivery team through all stages of the project to include analyse, design, develop, test, and deploy. · Provides the overall direction of the design, solution, development, and oversight. · Initial and primary point of customer contact for all delivery project concerns and issues throughout the delivery cycle · Authors, reviews, and provides guidance for developing high level and detailed architecture, data migration, data integration, security model, UAT & training plan, and other key documentation. · Authors and delivers an overall Issue Resolution Management plan. · Provide input and advice regarding D365 F&O capabilities, functions and features to clients and prospects. · Conduct hands-on implementation, configuration, and development of the various components of D365 F&O. · Create documentation for clients, including PowerPoint presentations and Visio workflows regarding functional and technical requirements, design, training, process engineering, etc. · Facilitate workshops to develop business requirements; create demonstrations to provide proof of concept; plan and assist the team in drafting statements of work to include estimation of effort/cost. · Business performance and process diagnostics and assessments. · Supervising application design and architecture components. · Supervising process and functional design activities. · Creating functional requirements as an input to application design. · Developing and testing detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes. · Supervising application build, test, and deploy activities. · Planning and executing data conversion activities. · Driving test planning and execution. · Project and program management that exhibits leadership in process re-engineering and implementation of process, technology, strategy, and organizational change. Requirements:

A) Minimum Requirements ·

Bachelor’s Degree: Business or technology or similar. · 8+ years Dynamics AX or NAV or D365 Finance implementation experience. · Experience in gathering business requirements (to be model, as is model, etc.) and experience configuring Microsoft Finance modules. Project Operations a plus. · Experience assisting with definition and functional design of conversions and interfaces, and functional experience in leading technical team through Microsoft Finance API usage; integration development. · Experience participating in requirements gathering process for IT systems. · Clear and concise oral and written communication. · Ability to lead people, teams, and projects · Understanding of aspects of business management and strategic evaluation.

B) Preferred Requirements ·

Master’s Degree in business or technology · Dynamics D365 Certification or NAV equivalent · Dynamics 365 experience · Prior consulting experience · Project Accounting experience · Working knowledge of at least one software development methodology · Working knowledge of Microsoft platform skills · Working knowledge of Microsoft Project · Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, Business Intelligence tools, etc.

C) Professional Skills:
